Our 2025–26 Workplace Campaign Theme Is: United Is The Way

This year’s campaign theme is United Is The Way, with a special focus on supporting ALICE, Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed. Using a board game inspired journey, we’re inviting workplaces across our region to come together and take meaningful steps toward helping families in our community move forward.

In our five-county region, 9-10 percent of households live below the federal poverty line, but an additional 25-26 percent fall into the ALICE category. These are individuals and families who are working, sometimes multiple jobs, yet still struggle to afford essentials like housing, child care, food, and transportation. That’s more than one in three households making tough choices every day just to get by.

The board game concept woven through this year’s campaign materials is more than a theme - it’s a visual reminder that progress happens one step at a time. Whether your team is organizing a giving challenge, hosting a campaign kickoff, or sharing ALICE stories with coworkers, each move brings us closer to lasting change. Together, we are helping create financial stability, one action at a time.
