We hope to address our community's most pressing needs by making grants to local non-profits and through our own programs.
To best understand these needs our Community Impact Coalition* (CIC) came together to do discuss. Monthly meetings were held to discuss each topic by identifying gaps, barriers and potential solutions. Community Conversations around each topic were facilitated in Douglas & Pope Counties to bring together community leaders and develop strategies to create a healthier community through collaboration.
*The coalition's strategic intent is to create long lasting impact in our community in the areas of health, education and financial stability by serving as a resource in identifying and meeting community needs, as well as being a resource to one another.
