We hope to address our community's most pressing needs by making grants to local non-profits and through our own programs.
To best understand these needs our Community Impact Coalition* (CIC) came together to have conversations, collaborate and create change. Monthly meetings were held to discuss each topic by identifying gaps, barriers and potential solutions. Community Conversations around each topic were facilitated in Douglas & Pope Counties to bring together community leaders and develop strategies to create stronger communities.
*The coalition's strategic intent is to create long lasting impact in our community in the areas of health, education and financial stability by serving as a resource in identifying and meeting community needs, as well as being a resource to one another.
