We provide coats and cold weather accessories for Douglas and Pope County families free of charge. There are no income guidelines or qualifications to receive items. We ask that individuals and families take only items that they, or their immediate family members, are in need of. All sizes of warm coats, hats, gloves, snowpants, scarves & boots are available.
